HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw Incompatible Cartridges

I have bought a genuine HP Cartridges lately and the two of the newly bought cartriges gives incompatible Cartrige Error Messege. As we have 3rd paety sellers here i am un able to change the product. i just want to as if there is any way to by pass the zone restriction as buying new cartridges is not an option. The proble is im in Maldives (Asia) but my printer is UK. Previously the cartridges i bought works now it does not.

Looks like you bought the cartridge from a different region.

If the issue persists, I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
