I have been using this printer a couple years with no issue.  Suddenly, it's printing so that the bottom of the page comes out first rather than the top of the page.  So when I pick pages up out of the printer, they're upside down.  I've had to reverse how I load letterhead and checks into the printer.  I can certainly live with it this way, but I'd much rather it work as before, which is that the top of a page prints first so documents don't come out upside down.  I can find no setting anywhere that would change this.  Thank you in advance for any help.

This type of radical change in behavior is most often associated with a change in driver or change in driver settings. Make sure you are still using an HP driver and not a MIcrosoft IPP or Class driver. Windows updates sometimes triggers the system to change drivers without asking the user.

Thank you for your help.  This seems likely, but I'm not sure how to verify which driver is currently installed, or how to re-install the HP driver to test as a solution. My HP Smart app doesn't seem to offer this information.

In Printer Properties I see this, does this mean it's a Microsoft driver rather than an HP driver?

I finally found the print driver choice under the Advanced Tab of the Printer Properties and switched it to the HP driver, and printed a test page and it worked!  Printing the correct direction again!

Thank you!
