Hi all,
I ordered a refurbished printer on Amazon ( HP LaserJet Pro M281fdw) & when I attempt to navigate any of the menus I am prompted for a password. I have tried to research and look through documentation, but I can't find anything related to how to reset this password so I can configure the printer and get it on my network. Would anyone know how I can perform a "cold reset" or total factory reset on the printer? Any help is greatly appreciated......we have an entire household of students that need to print wirelessly :).
