We are a small museum. We’re thinking of replacing our hp Inkjet All-in-One with the HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP 4301 fdw. It looks like it will fit our needs nicely. However, my research shows that there are some security features that I don’t quite understand. Videos on how to set up the machine show that a pin number needs to be entered during the initial printer setup. Is this the only time a pin has to be entered? As I understand it, each different user has to have his or her own pin to be able to print with their laptop or tablet etc. We simply don’t need this feature. Is there any way to disable it? We currently connect our printer via Ethernet cable to the router/modem combo unit and then the router is plugged in via ether net to the desktop. The printer is then connected to our WiFi network so that anyone that can log on to our network and has the printer software and drivers installed on their machine can print with it. We want to do the same thing with this printer. Please advise.  Thank you for your assistance.
