Microsoft Windows 11

I need to get access to the following firmware version 6.12.0.1994 for several of our HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301 printers. To my own detriment i left the auto update for firmware active which has resulted in now thousands of dollars worth of toner becoming useless as it's deliberately banned by your latest firmware. I will not be switching to "genuine toners. All i require is to get aa copy of firmware of 6.12 vintage. Can i also have this looked at promptly as the printers we have are useless currently and a great talking point as why not to trust hp products moving forward.

Second this as well. The recent firmware update (6.17.5.34) has been giving us a lot of printing issues so we'd like to rollback to the previous ver which was completely stable.

Did you ever find a solution for this? I am in the same boat!

Well after many hours of scouring various sites and "IT influencer" pages *shudders*... i did finally find previous firmware, but it is of no use since hp have locked down the machine and disable the rollback marked as a "security risk" so currently no way backwards. On a plus side i did find a supplier that loads their toners with "compliant" chips.. at this point as soon as possible i will offload these and allow hp products (that are still operational) here to die off and just take hp products of the purchasing lists.. many more options out there..  Sorry to be barer of bad news but i guess it's just hp "winning friends".. *shakes head*
