HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw Printer

I purchased this printer on 2 January 2025 and was able to print approximately ten pages since then. I have had on-line help with this numerous times and have had technicians here twice replacing three components in the printer. I still cannot use the printer. Out of the five months I have owned this printer, I have not been able to use it for three. It seems that nobody can repair this printer. Now the Customer Support Representative I was assigned, (edited), will no longer answer my calls nor will he return my voicemails.

It seems that HP has given up on this printer and now so have I. I want a replacement printer. How do I proceed to accomplish this?

It started out with the printer not booting up. It would get as far as the HP screen with the four dots and stop there with the dots continuing going across the screen. I left it at this stage to see if it would progress at some point for over 24 hours. Of course, it never did. I tried to do driver updates in case that was the issue, didn't work. Someone from HP Tech Support tried some things after they took control, didn't work. A technician came out and replaced the mother board, didn't work. Another technician came out and replace the ROM, didn't work.

Is this what your client is facing?
