I understand you are trying to set up the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M182nw on WiFi with Windows 11, follow these steps:

 

Prepare Your Printer:

  • Turn on the printer and ensure it's connected to power.

Connect to the Network:

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to Setup (gear icon) > Network Setup > Wireless Setup Wizard.
  • The printer will search for available networks. Select your WiFi network from the list and enter the password if prompted.
  • Once connected, the printer will print a wireless network report.

Download and Install the Printer Software:

  • On your Windows 11 computer, go to the HP Support website.
  • Search for your printer model (HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M182nw).
  • Download and install the latest version of the HP Smart app or the full-feature printer driver.

Add the Printer to Your Computer:

  • Open HP Smart from the Start menu.
  • Click on Add Printer or +. HP Smart will search for available printers.
  • Select your printer from the list and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Verify the Printer Installation:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
  • Ensure your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M182nw is listed and set as the default printer if needed.

Print a Test Page:

  • In Printers & Scanners, select your printer, click Manage, then Print a Test Page to ensure everything is working correctly.
