Never had an issue over many years. Have always used HP toner. I have done every hard reset, plug/unplug, etc. Downgraded the firmware, etc. ALL of it. I know my way around hardware and software pretty well. I have no idea how it bricked, but it has. I need the specific reset instructions for my particular device. Thanks for a reply.

If you have already performed all the steps, then to fix the issue, you need to contact phone support.
Upgrade the printer firmware.
Restart the printer.
Download and install the latest firmware from HP Software and Driver Downloads.

If the issue persists, Contact HP Customer Support.
