Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Hello,
I have a HP Color Laserjet M653 installed on our printer server and I can't get the secure printing / pin request to work properly.when I print something on the clients I don't get a popup window with the pin request.Have I forgotten something in the driver or is this a GPO?
