Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M480f
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the printer is set up on a local network with multiple PCs (user on the network/domain could be, User1, User2, User3, User 4 and can login to any of the PCs)

Job log in Embedded Web Server shows different user for jobs that are sent by other user.

For example, some jobs are shown as Guest or the user(User1) who first added the printer to the PCs

 

How do I configure it such that, when the user who is login sent a print job, Job log reflect the correct user for the print job?

 

Edit: To include more information

The printer was added from Windows Add Printer & scanner page

and are installed by Microsoft IPP Class Driver
