Hi,

 

We cannot print on our old HP Colour LaserJet 5550 from the new Windows 10 laptops/desktop?

The printer is in the network, the computer find it, but when printing we get an error.

Also, checking the troubleshooter, there seems like a mismatch, see pictures attached.

I downloaded the latsest drivers and installed them before connecting to the printer in the network...

Another thing is that the installed printer is connected to the LPT1 port, but I connot find that port anymore looking in the device manager of Windows 10.

What is the solution here, we need to be able to print from Windows 10, all older versioned windows computers/laptops are printing without any problem.

An ambiquous match, is this a driver software problem...
