Up until this morning, I had access hpcommandcenter.com using a personal email address (@**bleep**.com). I was able to register my printer, install apps, and manage access. I had access to a "Demo Pool" and am not sure how I got access.

This morning, I received an email from noreply@hpdeveloper.com saying that my company has been suspended because I am not using an email address with the company domain.  So, I changed my email address associated with my HP account to my company email.

Now, when I try to log in, I get the following screen.

I've called HP customer support twice and tried a few different "HP Partners" in the area, but am getting nowhere. No one seems to know what this is or how to unlock it. I am looking for an email address, phone number, anything... to help me get back into Command Center (primarily so I can use single sign-on with my printer apps again).

For what it's worth, I set up the printer myself and did not purchase the printer through a "partner", so I really don't have a vendor to call.

Command Center is not an end user program, it is the system HP Partners use to manage subscriptions to apps. Likely you lucked into a demo at one point and now you are cut off. You will need to contact an HP Partner that can arrange your subscriptions. Some are free, some are billed on monthly subscriptions, just depends on the app.

Alright. Good to know. So, how can I find an HP Partner that can give me more info?

Use the Partner Locator here https://locator.hp.com/us/en/
