DESIGNJET 111 ROLL

I'M NOT ABLE TO FIND DESIGNJET 111 ROLL MAINTENANCE UTILITY SYSTEM. I CAN'T CLEAN OR ALIGN PRINT HEADS. DOES SOMEBODY KNOWS WHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD THIS UTILITY SISTEM? THANKS TO ALL.

Are you sure your printer supports that utility?

 

I never used it on DJ111 what is that utillity used for on DJ111?

If I go into DJ 111 print preferencees I can't read instructions because text is Korean (maybe), I have unistalled driver and downloded from HP site correct driver for my operatiing system but in vain, text is ever Korean or other asiatic alphabet, so I can't align or clean print heads  : (. Unic soluction for me is change print heads whenever don't work color well.

If you want to calibrate printheads, turn your printer ON, wait to be in a ready state with paper ( roll).

 

Press and hold ON/OFF button and then press Resume button 3 times, release both buttons and printer will start to calibrate.

 

There have been some problems regarding software and drivers downloads from HP, I am sure that you will be able to download Designjet system maintenance utility you just need to check for it every few days to download.
