Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer stopped working and I bought a new printer but still need this one for traveling.

I have installed and reinstalled several times but the driver is not found

Any tips on getting the driver?

Is a disc available to install the driver?

I tried that several times no luck

This printer still works on my laptop so decided to see what the difference was

between my laptop and desktop.

Figured it out as soon as I deleted HP smart from my desktop

I was able to download the driver

and now my printer works.  Not sure if this only affects 10 PRO but hopefully

if anyone else has this problem this will fix their driver download issue
