Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have an unused HP DESKJET D1663 printer with no installation CD.

I have tried to download the software online, the HP Scan Doctor can detect the printer but when I click on Get Installer, it shows as page not found.

My warranty is expired and I cannot contact HP.

What should I do?

 

I have searched everywhere online, can someone please help me find the HP DESKJET D1663 printer software?

@Tracy30, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Due to the age of the printer, there are no drivers available on the HP Support site for Win 10 PC. However, you may install the printer using Windows built-in driver

Refer to this document to know how.

If it still provides you an error, try accessing it using Incognito / Private mode, using another web browser, or after clearing your browser cache.
