Hello,
I have got two separate issues with my printer, which I have bought few days ago from previous user. Once I bring it to the home, I did the "Out Of Box Reset" in the Engineering Menu.
1. ePrint.
After pressing that button on the device twice, it returns message: "The printer could not connect to the Internet. Check internet connection." Device is connected to my WiFi, which succesfully provides my other home devices with the internet. What should I do in order to make ePrint on my device working?
2. Software.
I have installed newest full feature software from https://support.hp.com/pl-pl/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-3050a-e-all-in-one-printer-series-j611/4.... Later on I have uninstalled it according to the instructions given here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/psg/board/message?board.id=Software&message.id=112115#M112115.
Later on I installed the same full feature software. Unfortunately this second installation didn't go in the same way as the first one. It didn't create the same folders and files, which the first one did. As a result, I cannot use that software. How can I restore those files?
I will be gratefull for every help.

Hi @hrabia, I am the Mr.Robot. It looks like you were interacting with @MKazi, but he is out of the office today, so I'll take over from here.
I appriciate your efforts for writing back to us.
I have checked the specifications of your printer. And found a service advisory related to the issue you have mentioned.
As of September 1, 2016, Web Services stop working and are no longer supported on select printers. One of the following error messages displays on your printer control panel when attempting to use web services:
Server Connection Error. There was a problem connecting to the server. Press retry, or OK to exit.
Web Services Problem. Problem connecting to Web Services server.
Server Connection Error. Unable to connect to Web Services. Confirm internet access and try again.
Refer this document to know more information about Web Services Stopped Working.

Hope this answers your query!

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.
I understand that you have an HP Deskjet 3050A e-All-in-One Printer. I read that the ePrint is not working on the printer. Secondly, the drivers did not installed successfully for the printer. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.
Firstly, let us try and install the printer drivers. But before that, we should uninstall the existing printer drivers. NOTE: If you're going to connect the printer via USB, then do not connect it initially. Begin the installation first and later there will be a prompt to connect the printer. That's when you may connect the printer.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- You may download and install the drivers from this link.
I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Let me know the outcome. Good luck! 🙂

Thank You for the answer. Unfortunately, the installation process still remains unsuccessfull (result is not the same as it was the first time). I will briefly comment on each point of Your sugestions below.
1. After installation of the software, there is not any HP Printer mentioned on the list of programs available on the "Programs and features" window.
2. After installation of the software, there is not any HP Printer mentioned on the list of devices available on the "Devices and Printers" window.
3. After installation of the software, there is not any HP Printer mentioned on the list available in the tab "Drivers" in window which opens after typing and accepting "printui.exe /s" command.
4. After installation of the file downloaded from the link which You suggested situation still remains uchanged.
I will be gratefull for the more tips which I am very much looking forward:).

In my opinion, there must be something left in system, which is not being removed during a process of uninstallation of the software. This "something" gives an information to the software installing program, that it does not have to install the full software, and it is not doing this.
If we want to find a solution, whe should remove this "something" from the system. Do You have any idea what and where it could be?

You're welcome. You've been fabulous to work with considering your superb technical skills, remarkable patience and great attitude. Kudos to you for that.
Let us try to install the inbuilt printer drivers from the Windows operating system. Please refer to the steps mentioned under "Step 3: Install the print driver with the Add a Printer wizard" from this HP document.
The inbuilt drivers will serve the printing purpose only. If these drivers work then for scanning you may use the HP Scan and Capture app. The HP Scan and Capture app is a free app and helps in scanning.
Hope this works out. Good luck! 🙂

Thank You for the compliments.
Finally, I have decided, to make a factory reset of my operating system (Windows 10). I did it. After that I have installed software once again. Result is perfect. I am able to take use of almost every functionality of the device (among others "Scan to computer", which was most important for me).
I have used word "almost" intentionally: the problem with device's "ePrint" button, which I have described in the first post in this thread, still exist.
Do You have any idea, what could be a reason of this? Is it possible, that device's firmware (not software on the computer but firmware directly on the device) is outdated? Is it possible to update it? How Can I do this? Where I could download the newest firmware from?
