1. Because system Windows 7 is a little older you may need to install your printer
following steps from the next video:

2. You may need to select an alternative driver like "Deskjet 9800".
- When you are in the Window for Printer driver
- select for Manufacturer: HP and for Printer: Deskjet 9800
* Click YES to say thank you,
* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
