HP DeskJet 2600 All-in-one

My HP DeskJet 2600 all-in-one printer is not printing an info page and I am not able to connect it to a new device due to not having the printer wifi password or IP address. When we try to scan the QR code it says the website is no longer available. So the printer wont connect to a network, therefore its not showing up in the HP Smart dashboard to add/ set up on our new device. Just got new ink for it, and have had it for about 3-4 years. But now its not wanting to connect to print.

There was a serious problem with HP support yesterday.  I thought it had been fixed today.

Page 10 of the users manual shows how to get reports.  if the report does not print up there is an ink problem.

Let me know if you have a flex system (WiFi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated.
