I am unable to use my printer as I am seeing the following error message in HP Smart: "To complete the setup, you must install the cartridges labeled SETUP that were shipped in the box with the printer. Replace the currently installed cartridges with SETUP cartridges now..."
I no longer have the SETUP cartidges as I used them and did not know that they needed to be kept.
Please assisit asap.
