Product: HP DeskJet 2725 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Smart app on Windows 11 at first successfully found my DeskJet 2725 printer in my home network during detection.

But after I selected the printer to contine setup, the HP smart app didn't show the printer it had found and needed me to add a new printer.

 

Printer Not added. Had to add a printer again.Printer Not added. Had to add a printer again.

 

I clicked "Add Printer" for it to find the printer again, but this time the app can't find the printer anymore and I can't set up the printer.

I am able to run HP Print and Scan Doctor on Windows 11 to find the printer and have a test page printed.  But HP Smart app just can't do it.
