Hello, I have a problem with installing of app (interface) for print and scan with my deskjet 3630. It/s happened after deinsllation of previous one. All is ok, after insstallation I have message that the printer was installed, but I can't find any app (beside of Smart HP, but I don't like it) for working with them as i did many years. I think that I have partes of previous printer installation. Please help me.

I suggest you install the full Solution Software https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/dj3630/DJ3630_Full_WebPack_40.13.1177.exe

Thank you, but I did at first. And I always use this full installation. Now am using SmartHP but full version i like more...

And want to explain more. Whrn I install driver (full version) rigt after point "connect" I imediately receive window with message "Installation completed". Before for this installation I needed more times. Now its only 4-5 sec. Ok, I understand that I have traces of the previous installation. And I've tried clean by variuos metodos. But don't have result.

Uninstall the drivers from root level first then install the full feature software

 

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’

6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)

8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

13.) Restart the computer and download the full feature software Link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/dj3630/DJ3630_Full_WebPack_40.13.1177.exe and follow the onscreen instructions
