Hi, the HP 3720 printer was purchased in Hong Kong. It works with HP65 ink cartridge.

While in 2022, I moved to UK and changed the printer region to UK, so as to use HP304 ink cartridge.

Now the printer will be given to my uncle who live in Hong Kong, I would like to change back the region to Hong Kong, would you please help?

You will need to contact HP to request a "Regionalization Reset." There should not be any charge for this; it is covered as part of the cartridge warranty. You will need to have access to your computer and printer while on the line with HP. You will also need a set of cartridges for the new region. Once the reset is complete, cartridges from the original region will no longer work.

I will escalate your case to an HP Support agent with access to the proper regionalization reset tools.
