HO DeskJet 4155e-was set up and working through my computer-windows 11, and my iphone. Went to use it today and not working. Reset everything, still won’t. Uninstalled the Smart App, re-installed, re-tried. Still gets stuck in connecting to the wireless network with a message that it might not work with 2.5? Whatever that means. This is a brand new printer

Installed 2 weeks ago? WTH??!!

I'd love to help.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

 

Once done, connect to the Wi-Fi and print.
