Dear HP Customer Support,
I am requesting assistance with my HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2875, which is unable to complete the wireless printing setup.
Using the HP Smart application, the setup successfully completes the following steps:
Printer found
Printer prepared
IP address received
However, the process becomes stuck at “Finishing connections – Completing device and printer connections”, and the Continue button remains disabled. Because of this issue, I cannot connect the printer to Wi-Fi or use wireless printing.
I have attached a screenshot as proof of the problem. Please advise me on the necessary troubleshooting steps or assist me in completing the wireless setup.
