HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3830 All-in-One - Not Installing Twain Driver

Hi

I'm developing a desktop app that needs to use TWAIN to interface with scanners, I have a HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 device (which according to this https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04655393) has TWAIN compliance but when I use the all in one driver installer (from here https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-ink-advantage-3830-all-in-one-printer-se...) I see there is no TWAIN driver installed as part of it, even though according to the support's reply on this post https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/HP-Twain-Administration-for-OfficeJet-3830/td-p/712181... the TWAIN driver should be included. 

Is there anyway to get the TWAIN driver for this device installed?

Twain driver is included in the HP OfficeJet 3830 series Full Feature Software and Drivers.

Please use the below link for Print and Scan Driver and Accessories.

Uninstall the drivers and install the driver using the below link.

Is there any way to get the TWAIN driver for this device installed?

I'm afraid there is no other way to download just the Twain driver.
