Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my printer was disconnected for a couple of months, and when I connected it again, it couldn't print. I decided to re-install drivers, but realized that the Basic device software component can't be unintsalled - once I got the notice that the path can't be found. another attepmt - I got the message to wait until this program is finished uninstalling or being changed. However, nothing happens. I guess the problem is in drivers - but can't help myself. Until I desconnected the printer a couple of months ago, it worked normally. Any hint? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Kipa

1.  First restart your computer to let Windows apply all changes.

2.  Then try to install with next driver:

Hi ferRX,

thanks - this is exactly what I did several times.

I managed to uninstall one by one all components of the software - except the one you mentioned. on the control panel, when I try to check, it is still (more than 12 hours) under the notice: "please wait until the current program finished uninstalling opr being changed".
