HP Deskjet 2132 All-in-One won't install

Just attempted to install it on my Lenovo laptop running windows 10 OS, and it keeps saying OS not supported. How do I get this to install please help.

Not sure, although the printer is certainly supported in Windows 10.

There are two software packages offered for this printer:

Original - Full Feature Software (Print / Scan)

HP DeskJet 2130 series Full Feature Software and Drivers

HP Smart for Windows (Print / Scan)

HP Printers - Install and Use the HP Smart App (Windows 10)

Honestly, since your model of printer does not support wireless, I am not sure why HP Smart is offered. 

HP Smart, according to its documentation, requires at least a Wireless connection (Wireless or Ethernet wired).

I might have missed something, of course.

That said, at least the Full Feature Software should be something you can install and use.

One reminder: 

Disconnect the USB cable between the printer and the computer before you install the software.

Connect the USB cable when instructed to do so (toward the end of the installation procedure).

NOTE:  Videos may be found in one or more locations (depending on printer / software / version)

Open the category Software and Drivers page >

Scroll down and select Related Videos > Click View All >

Find and view the relevant video

When the website support page opens, Select (as available) a Category > Topic > Subtopic
