Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I replaced my Ink cartridge yesterday and since then the printer will not print- I have been online with HP virtual assistant to no avail. I have restarted the printer, computer, run the scan doctor which shows no fixes needed. When I run the test page afterwards the test page shows up as a completely black page- no text, lines  or colors. I have uninstalled and reinstalled using HP download. It will not print anything and when I select print it does not show up in the print queue. I have restarted the print spooler. Nothing has worked. I would greatly appreciate any assistance to resolve this issue.

If you insert your old ink, are you able to print anything?

 

It could also be a defective new set of ink.
