printer error uninstalled and reinstalled new printer windows asking for wps printer pin 

i do not have original documents

tried pressing printer buttons printer output does not reveal pin

tried web link on hp page but page no longer available

need pin how do i find it

installed app on mobile and printed but word windows 10 says driver unavailable

no wps pin

@ladycamborne, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I see that you are looking for a WPS PIN. It seems like the printer is not connected to the wireless network.

 

Open the cartridge access door or look at the back of the printer, both have a label with the PIN code listed on it:

If not found, I suggest you connect the printer to the network as below:

You may use the WPS button to connect the printer. Restart the router and the printer.

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document -  Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

 

You may also refer to - HP printer setup (Wi-Fi network) and HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

Use the HP Smart app to print.
