Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi my HP deskjet 2620 printer preferences are all locked out after updating from Windows7 Home to Windows10. This means that when I go into preferences I cannot select auto colour so all my printing from my desktop comes out in black and white!! Any helpful information would be much appreciated.
