I've tried absolutely everything I can find on the internet to try to get this working and I still can't get my printer connected.

When I bought it, I was able to get it to work earlier this year (but usually would take 10-20 minutes of troubleshooting every time I wanted to print, frustrating, but at least it worked). Then I  moved to a place, new wifi, and I have a new (HP) computer. Nothing is working. I can't connect the printer to the internet even when going through a USB or connecting directly to the laptop.

I'm at my wits end and honestly, I might get more value from throwing it in the trash and buying something new. I'm even thinking of returning my HP laptop to Best Buy just out of frustration with HP.

Can anyone help with some support ideas that aren't already here?

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Try to reset the wireless back to defaults then use HP Smart to setup and connect the printer to the new network.  These resources will be useful.
