Hi @prashant65,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds frustrating to encounter driver issues with your HP Deskjet 2776 printer. Here are a few steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve this.

  • Uninstall Existing Drivers: Sometimes, incomplete or conflicting drivers can cause issues. Uninstall any previously installed drivers for your printer from your computer.
  • Download Latest Drivers: Visit the official HP support website and download the latest drivers specifically for the HP Deskjet 2776 printer. Make sure to select the correct operating system version (Windows or Mac) that you are using.
  • Install Drivers Properly: After downloading the drivers, run the installation file and follow the on-screen instructions carefully. Ensure that the installation completes successfully without any errors.
  • Check Printer Connection: Verify that your printer is correctly connected to your computer via USB cable or Wi-Fi, depending on your setup. Sometimes, a loose connection can cause driver issues.
  • Restart Your Computer and Printer: After installing the drivers, restart both your computer and printer. This can help in applying the changes and refreshing the connection.
  • Update Operating System: Ensure that your operating system is up to date with the latest patches and updates. Sometimes, compatibility issues can arise due to outdated system software.
  • HP Print and Scan Doctor: If the issue persists, you can use the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool, available on the HP website. It can diagnose and resolve common printing problems automatically.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
