Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me. All of a sudden this week, my HP Deskjet 2800 Series printer has stopped working and under Printers & Scanners, it displays as 'Driver is unavailable'. I am using Windows 11 and using the printer via wifi. I have tried so many different things - removing all software, re-installing, re-adding printer numerous times, updating Windows, and updating drivers. The closest I came during one of the re-installs was that the printer showed as 'Idle', rather than the 'Driver is unavailable' message. But nothing would print, not even a test-page. Chat GPT hasn't been able to give me any answers, and I am at my wits end as to what the problem is. Any helps would be greatly appreciated, please!
