Product: Deskjet 3050A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP DeskJet 3050A that I am trying to connect to my Alexa skill.  I need to be able to get the Claim Code in order to do this.  However, when I go to the printer via IP Address, it will not allow me to enable Web Services because it says that it is not connect to the internet.  I have tried via the browser and the button on the printer.  Based on other community posts, I have set the IP Address manually.  I have also set the DNS manually to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4  This has not helped.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Unfortunately, as of September 1, 2016, web services have stopped working and are no longer supported by some printers. Your printer is one of those, the printer is one of those no longer supported by web services.
For more information, please go to the Web Services Stop Working section.
