HP Deskjet 3320

I have HP printer with separate problems and I have tried all the solutions on the form, but none of them had any outcome.

 

HP Deskjet 3320 - I cannot find any software for this printer on the HP site or internet. With the Print and Scan doctor and the HP smart app, I get a link to the website where I cannot even find the right printer let alone the software. Can I have a direct link with the right software if it exists?

 

HP Deskjet D1560 - This printer appears offline, the power light keeps blinking. This happens after installing new (original) cartridges. I've tried all solutions I could find online. None of them worked.. Now I'm stuck with expensive cartridge's that I can't use.. any ideas?

Hi,

The HP Deskjet 3320 printer is not supported on Windows 10, therefore you cannot find any driver:

For the Deskjet D1560, please follow below steps:

What is the HP Cartridge number? is it a genuine HP cartridge or not?

May you see any difference when installing the older cartridge if it still available?

 

I would start with the 'Issue: The Power light blinks and a message might display on the computer >> A 'Cartridge error' message might display on the computer' section to make sure the correct cartridge is installed and to deny any cartridge problem, following the beginning of the problem, upon replacing the ink cartridge.
