HP Recommended

I've seen like 5 videos of how to set up the printer and every single **bleep**ing video has been different. Even HPs own Method changes. On the HP Smart app it says to hold down both the Wireless button and Cancel button for 3 seconds. Do that nothing happens. On the HP Website it says hold down the Wireless button and Cancel button for 5 seconds. Nothing happens again. YouTube says to hold down the Wireless button and Cancel Button till the power button flashes. ONCE AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENS. Can someone please explain how to set this up, I don't have a PC and all I have is my phone (Samsung S10).

(this isn't a new printer but it has been in a box for ages and hasn't been used since before the newest WiFi).
