I followed the advice for this, uninstalled all including drivers etc and reinstalled using HP link and its not working.  When I go to print the print window says your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem 0x80004005

Hi. I had the same issue and although the HP support site was temporarily unavailable in step #13, I followed all the other steps to remove the driver and then plugged in the HP 3630 via USB to my laptop and added the printer it appears that it downloaded the driver automatically. My issue is now resolved. I'm now able to print from my laptop w/Windows 10 wirelessly to my HP 3630 printer. Thanks!
