Like many other posts, I'd like to reset the admin password of my printer.

Could you please give me the instructions to do so ?

We are sorry that the issue is not resolved when the above troubleshooting steps were performed.

I suggest you check my private message for steps on performing a full reset, the instructions are designed for your specific printer and if anyone with a different model would try the steps, it may render the printer unstable, hence a private message would be the safest way of sharing this information: click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hi @Elohi_NR, I tried the procedure to perform a printer reset but couldn't notice any difference.
After the reset, a printer status report has been automatically printed. But the printer still have retained the wireless network config.
Is it supposed to be so ?
Anyway, I still couldn't login into the printer web admin using various combination of default password.

Do you have any idea whether I've performed the reset wrongly or the procedure to reset admin password is different ?
