Hi, I have a new All-in-one DeskJet 3755 printer. I have set it up using the Smart App. It will print an internal test page, but will not print documents from my computer. I see them in the queue but nothing happens. I have used the HP Doctor program and it says everything has been fixed, but that there is a problem.
Please help!

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are unable to print documents from your computer, this seems to be a driver issue.
Follow these steps to fix the issue.
Reset the Windows printing environment
Stop the print spooler, delete print job files, and then restart the computer and the printer.
-
Turn off the printer, and then unplug the power cord.
-
In Windows, search for and open Services.
-
In the Services window, right-click Print Spooler, and then click Stop.
-
After the Print Spooler stops, close the Services window.
-
In Windows, open File Explorer.
-
Browse to C: > Windows > System 32 > spool > PRINTERS.
-
Delete all files in the PRINTERS folder.
-
Shut down your computer.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the printer, and then turn it on.
-
Turn on the computer.
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
