I changed the name of my Wifi and then had a power outage recently. Since then, I have exhausted all options to get my printer to reconnect to my Wifi and get it back online and working.
I have been trying to get this connected for 3 weeks, HP support was not able to assist me.
I just tried the Setup Wizard and it wont allow that either and I am now receiving this error: printer set up error
"operation could not be completed 0x80043c02"
Any help is appreciated!

Hi @Colleenrmurphy,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot connectivity issues with your HP Deskjet 3755 printer after a change in your Wi-Fi name and a power outage.
- Restart your printer: Power off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes help to re-establish the connection with your Wi-Fi network.
- Check the Wi-Fi settings on your printer: Use the printer's control panel to check that it is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. You may need to enter your new Wi-Fi network name and password to connect.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router: Power off your router for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Wait for it to fully reboot and establish a connection with your internet service provider.
- Reset your printer's network settings: Use the printer's control panel to reset the printer's network settings to their default values. You may need to re-enter your Wi-Fi network name and password to connect.
- Reinstall the printer driver: If the printer is still not connecting after trying the above steps, try reinstalling the printer driver on your computer. You can download the latest driver from the HP website.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
