HP Deskjet 3760

Hi All,

I'm looking for help factory resetting a HP Deskjet 3760 to remove a previously set/changed admin password.
I've tried the X and Wireless button hold down and then tried numerous variations of the default admin password found online to edit the wireless settings once connected via Wi-Fi Direct etc.

So either I didn't fully reset the printer or I don't have the correct factory set admin password.

So any advise or help would be apricated.

Thanks

OK, so despite searching multiple threads with the very same issue, no fixes were posted.
Just to clarify I'm looking for a way to factory reset, not network reset, not settings reset, but factory reset a printer in order to wipe the current EWS admin password to the factory setting.
Nothing to do with a WPS solution or a wireless config reset (which you cannot do when there is no access to the setting in the EWS, which requires the EWS admin password.)

Simply put, to change any setting (which has a locked icon beside it) I need to reset EWS admin password. And the password has been forgotten.

Since this printer does not have a Control Panel you will not be able to perform a Semi Full Reset

If you have already tried settings reset and Network Settings Reset, I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for assistance
