Hello Rohan,
I am sorry to hear that you are receiving a "Paper Jam" error when there is no paper stuck inside of the machine. I have looked into this issue for you and I have located a troubleshooting document that I recommend you follow to hopefully resolve this for you.
(The heading is not your exact problem, however the troubleshooting is the same)

I don't know what the hell is wrong with this printer.The light keeps on blinking and troubleshooting shows that printer is turned off .What the hell is this?I try to get out of 1 problem to get into another.Is HP making printers which do not even work.Now I doubt myself was it wise that I put my faith on HP.

Plase have the courtsey to reply back to your customer.
