Hey team!
I have an HP Deskjet 4100e printer and, this week, it stopped working with the wireless connection. It simply stopped, and I couldn't find it on the network. Today, with the help of the USB cable, I tried to understand what was happening with the help of HP Smart, but the only message I received was that the connection was not possible.
An article in the HP community helped me see that the ideal solution was to reset the printer to its factory model and reinstall it, so I did that.
However, I can't finish setting up the printer because it asks me to insert the initial configuration cartridges, which I haven't had since I bought it two years ago.
What should I do? Get a new printer?
