We Have Configured the Printer HP Deskjet 4122E to our Wi-Fi successfully, and it works on the phone. but on our

Device : Dell PC " Inspiron 7306 2-in-1",

OS : Windows 11 Pro

when we are trying to install drivers it's not installing, and when trying to connect it shows " Driver Unavailable 

Troubleshooting Already did :

1. Install Generic Drivers from Windows. not working

2. Did Windows Updates not working

3. Tired to remove and add from device manager , not working

4. Cleared Printer Spooler , not working

any Support from the community would be heplful been stuck in this for more than  1 week

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

Please follow the steps below to connect your printer to your Dell PC.

 

1) Uninstall the HP smart app if already by click on this link, Restart the computer or mobile device to clear possible error conditions.

 

2) Refer to this link to use the HP smart app on your phone/tablet/PC to add a printer.

 

Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
