Product: HP Deskjet 4252

I have a client who is printing with his HP Deskjet 4252e printer. He is trying to print an image that fits an 8.5" X 11" paper. When selecting full page, the image preview shows a border and the bottom 1" is cut off. If he selects a different HP or Epson printer the preview shows as normal.

Hi @OzarkTechGuy 

 

1. Checking on printer specifications shows that this model Deskjet 4252e is not able to print borderless.

 

 

2. That is the reason why this printer is not able to print images on 8.5x11 paper, there is always a border needed for the paper rollers to move paper.

 

3. There are Smart Tank models with Borderless printing enabled like Smart Tank 7602
