HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4535 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP Deskjet IA 4535 bought in 2017 in India. I subsequently moved to the UK for 4 years and have now returned back to India.

When I am trying to get the region reset back to India for the cartridges to be accepted with help from HP Customer Care, we are getting a message of Max Region Reset attempts exceeded. The Customer Care person also mentioned that you can only do this 4 times. Is there any way to release this lock so that the region can be reset? The HP Service Center in Pune (India) mentioned that they cannot do anything.

Really need some guidance to resolve this issue.

Regards,

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you want to perform a region reset on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

There is no option to perform a reset on the printer anymore.

I hope that helps.

Cheers.
