Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

As in the subject, I cannot see the printer model in my "Add New Printer" windows. There is no driver available for Window 7 when I tried to find driver download online. Please advice. Thank you.

Hi @Rachelcp

(1) Connect a USB cable between Deskjet printer and computer:

(2) Then try to install with next driver for your printer:

Thanks for your reply.

I tried to install the driver, unfortunately it shows that the system does not meet the installation requirement.

Is there any other way to install the HP Deskjet 4900 driver for Windows 7 (32 bit)?

Appreciate for your advice.
