Dear all,

I just recently bought a new Lenovo Thinkpad T14s with Win10 Pro and dont get my printer to work. The HP  Smart App finds the printer and I can get status and informations about the printer on the app. But I cannot add the printer properly to my Systemprinters. It always says there is no driver found for this printer. I tried getting the driver by itself but it didn't work. Which driver can I use to make it work?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-deskjet-3700-all-in-one-printer-series...


Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
