I have an all-in-one HP Deskjet F380 printer, copier and scanner which I bought around 2007 and it doesn't work with my new computer which has Windows 11. I can copy documents on it when the computer is switched off and print stuff from my computer with it but I can’t scan anything. I have looked at the HP site for drivers for it but mine is not on their list.

Hi FerRX,
Thanks very much for that link. I can now scan things to my computer. But I couldn't get Photo Creations downloaded. When I try I get a message saying, "Unable to download HP Photo Creations. Please check your network connection and try again. Error number DC18 with Cancel and Try Again buttons. I used to be able to upload photos from my computer to the scanner to crop them, change colour to black and white, use Photo Fix and change temperature, etc.. I don't know if I need Photo Creations for this and I can't remember how I used to do the above with my old computer which had Windows 7. I know it said Import Photos somewhere when I opened something and I could choose to import them to the scanner whose icon appeared. Any help would be much appreciated.
