Can anyone please help - I had my laptop reset but now my HP Deskjet F4280 All-in-one drivers are missing so I cannot add/reinstall my printer.

Help = HP Scan Doctor did not work

The printer normally shows as HP Desktop 4500 series (Inkjet All-in-one)

Any advise would be most welcome as I urgently need to use printer and no-one else is available to help until the new year when businesses open again

Alden4,

Thanks so much for taking the time explaining in detail the solution and with the HP Print & Scan Doctor now also working, it all seemed to fall into place with Windows Update also providing the correct driver required, which was my main problem.

Again, thanks very much for your most informative help.

Wishing you all the  very best for the Festive Season/New Year & throughout 2024.

Kind regards,

Ann-2222
